 Art Shop Counter 

Formal Elements 

This is my finished counter for the shop. I think the design is bright and colourful and stands out.
I think adding more texture would help the image by making it come alive. There is some texture on the text, but not much.
I used subtle texture on the lettering. The texture was made from the crayons themselves as I scanned in the artwork. I could have used Photoshop (paint bucket tool) to add colour.
I made the background bright and chose yellow because it stands out and is the first colour people notice.
I used the select tool to do most of the drawing and I used the lasso tool to erase the white and grey colours. I stroked the selections.
I also edited the pictures by resizing the pictures.
I'd took a photograph of the scissors and the mobile phone and then used the images to draw over them with the brush tool. I worked on layers. This makes it easier to work with and then you can select each colour separately from the others in order to change them.

I could also make this into a decorative poster.

the second screenshot for me is most appropriate because it looks neat. 
I used adobe illustrator to copy and paste the pencil pattern in 5 different ways

I used photo shop to make my grid 5cm by 5 cm. Then i got my phone picture and I've copied and pasted it on each 5 by 5cm box to make a patten.

For these three drawings I've trace over the actual image on photoshop then I used the fill bucket tool to colour in the white gaps to make it come alive.

Tracing around the room
Ive used a sharp colored pencil to rub over pieces of objects around the room  and the little shapes suddenly appear on the sheet of paper.

Overall I really enjoyed doing this piece of work because of the techniques that are used that are new to me like image trace and life trace the o used warm colors, bright colors, desaturated colors and cool colors to fill in my drawing. what went well is when  fill in the different format of colors. If I wanted to improve my work I would used different fill effects instead of just solid color. the programme I used is adobe Illustrator CS6.

This character it called jin kazama from the game tekken 6 

The way I created this character is by transferring my the original copy on to my sketch book and transfer it.

I drew a bunch full of fruits, I've got the original copy on to my sketch book and I transfer it.

I drew a bunch of apples, I've got the original copy on to my sketch book and transfer it but it kind of went a little bit wrong.
